  This place is horrible!! I had to go back 3 times, they keep giving me the wrong battery. I don't understand how you work in a part store, and cannot tell what battery goes to a car. On 3/20/26 I went back to this store again, after AAA had to r/s my for the third time. I spoke to Curtis, that was not in a good mood. First he told me he was the manager, while the general manager was inside the store. Then he told me AAA is wrong, he says Im a mechanic i know. When i told him yes you state you know but I had to return 3 times because the battery was not the one for my car. Well he didn't appreciate what I said he stood arguing with me. At that time manager heard him arguing with me, came out to help. He was very upset when he was told that it was the wrong battery and needed to be replaced. I had to give the information on what battery should be in my car, thanks to AAA. Unbelievable that you are given the wrong parts, and on top of that wants to argue with you. I will never spend a penny in this store!! Trans## 9476

  Big markups then they say there's a sale usually only 20 %, then you have to pay enormous tax and fees??? But good furniture.

  Horrible experience. Don’t go here. I went here to get my battery replaced and ended up needing a tow!! After the battery was replaced by them, my car would not start and I had to wait for my car to be car towed. COMPLETE waste of my money and time… The employee who replaced the battery put the negative and positive terminals on the wrong side causing it to short circuit and blew the major electrical fuse. Save your self time and money by not going here.

  I can't say enough good things about Curtis' helping my mother with replacing and changing her battery while the store was short staffed and busy after the weekend snow storm. Working in customer service I know it's no easy feat and he was personable, helpful, and efficient getting the job done. If he isn't already a manager, I would highly suggest promoting him and could see your reviews improve over time. Good work is VERY hard to find nowadays.

  The guy who answers the phone never wants to help, give information or any service whatsoever. Extremely terrible customer service. Got the help and parts I needed at a different branch 40mins out, with great customer service. This location sucks.
