  The work completed was passable. No issues with that or the young lady I largely dealt with. This is a 1 star review for 2 very simple issues. The first is the turn time. 5 months (YES 5 month) with multiple broken delivery dates. I understand that it is a Land Rover & parts are what they are. Promised returns missed of October, before Thanksgiving, before Christmas, by the New Year, and then I finally had the vehicle at the end of January. Not great, but not enough for a 1 star review. What takes the cake is the fact that after several confirmations of the balance (how there was a balance after insurance neither I nor my State Farm agent nor their claims department can understand) a pair of gentlemen have reached out to me for an additional ~$1,000. This is on top of the extra ~$1,000 I paid which they seem unable to account for via my email correspondence. They took 5 months to repair my vehicle, and expect resolution on this within days. What a nice double standard by the way. If you have a Land Rover, it is a limited number of shops. Go anywhere but Severn Auto Body in Severna Park. I am also letting the LR / Jag of Annapolis know about this experience. Run, don't walk, away from Severn Auto Body.

  Absolutely terrible experience with Severn auto body. They kept pushing the time back of the original finish date and blamed it on weather. And I also had to keep calling back to remind them of a part they did not put on my bumper. When I brought it up to the lady at the front desk she just waved it off and said all the screws and bolts are on “it won’t come off” came back 2 days later and the piece I had replaced was basically off. I do not recommend them at all they do rushed, trashy work.

  havent been able to look over vehicle due to continues bad/rainy weather and business trip. Just returning on 03/13/2026. more to come once i can QC repairs

  My entire experience from start to finish was amazing. The staff was very friendly. Avery has spectacular customer service and always made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation really easy. The repairs look great and my car came back looking like new. I would definitely recommend Severn Auto Body.
