They looked over the entire car, tires, brakes, check engine lights and made recommendations without being asked when I only asked for an oil change which was done in under an hour. They were prompt in calling when it was completed. This branch definitely has my repeat business for tires and repairs.

Gave the service writer the tire size and he said they had 2, and If I could get there before 430 or so, they could get them on today. Got there around 3:30 was done by 5:15. Here's the thing. I live all the way over in Caroline County. There's no way I was driving that vehicle across the bridge in that condition. Price was good the service was even better. If they hadn't been there for me, I probably would have had it towed home. Then dealt with it later. The tow would have been about as much 2 tires, and then I'd still need 2 tires.. Thanks Again, you guys saved my butt.

I had taken a tire or 2 there in the past. My wife took it so I could get to my job. The vehicle was ready the same day. A few weeks later while rotating my tires and changing the oil, I saw that the rim had dents and scratches on the back of the rim. I spoke with Mr. Farrell and he asked me to bring it by to see the issue. After some discussion we reached a satisfactory resolution. As a consumer, you really can't ask for more than that. Thanks for taking care of this customer.

- JGJoseph GustafsonOct 21, 20252.0Did my alignment and quoted me for 2 tires for almost $700. After picking the truck up I noticed the ebrake light on which wasn’t on before. I engaged and disengaged the ebrake no luck so I called back to have them tell me “oh we didn’t touch your brake system so I don’t know”. Don’t recommend going here.
