  Made appointment for my son to get 4 new tires installed. It was a buy 4 get one free deal. He was asked about extra services, including fixing a TPMS sensor, which he agreed to, but that was it. Afterwards when presented with the bill, it had a lot of extra charges including all 4 tires, a front end alignment (that was never mentioned nor authorized), and the price quoted for the TPMS sensor apparently did not include labor. They did adjust for tire sale, but that was it. Bottom line, he ended up overcharged by about $180 for services he was not told about or had the opportunity to discuss. When I went in to discuss this with the manager, he was insistent that he quoted alignment until I brought my son in and then he admitted he wasn’t even in that day, then got arrogant. To top it off, a few days later the TPMS sensor light is back on in the car just as my son was heading back to college and too late to go back to shop. I will never go to Mr. Tire in Severna Park again and would advise anyone else to be cautious of this establishment.

  I brought my Honda crv in because it would not start they said it was the battery and replaced it, it turned not to be the battery so they comped me for the battery and replaced the starter

  Assistant manager DC is so awesome! I called ineed of a set of tires, he was very knowledgeable,he gave me a great quote an asked of i wanted to come in today, I was expecting to have to make an appointment but he said that they would get it done even if he had to go an put the tires on himself,which he did. Kudos to DC well done sir.

  I've gotten a couple of tires patched here before without any issue. So when I woke up to find my daily driver had picked up a screw that caused a slow leak overnight, I scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon to get it patched. Then took my other car out for the day. When it came time for the appointment I made sure to fill the tire up and showed up a few minutes early. They took my keys, but came back 10 minutes later and said that the tire was completely ruined "from driving on it with low pressure for too long" and this would require 4 new tires, which they would have to order... This was an obvious lie because: 1. Nobody drove the car with low pressure at all. It picked up a screw that caused the tire to leak out overnight, then the tire was refilled and driven less than 1/4 of a mile to the shop. 2. They didn't even move my car out of the parking lot. They didn't take the tire off the car. I'm pretty sure they just measured the tread and came back inside to lie to me and waste my time with stupid lies. 3. The "irreparable damage" they described was "a ring on the tire from driving on the rims." Again, nobody drove it, also this damage would be inside the tire and they never even looked at it. Also I have eyes and the tire was completely fine other than the screw sticking out. Anyway. I took it to the Goodyear down the road and they patched it right up and even stayed after closing to get it taken care of same day. So I highly recommend the Goodyear instead of this place where they just want to rip people off.
