  Kenny was very patient with my questions regarding replacing the correct lightbulb in my car, upsold me the best option and came out to confirm I had installed the bulb and help me check the lights . I learned a few things along the way and am very grateful. Keep up the good work!

  I needed a new batteries for my key fob, and I first called, and they were very kind. When I did come in, they immediately helped me. And gave me some tips on how to deal with it.If the battery dies and I don't have an extra one.

  My wife’s SUV needed a battery. It’s dark and bitter cold. We get her vehicle jump started and take it to Auto Zone on Ritchie Highway. Fortunately we met “Kenny” who was working behind the counter at the time. He took charge and not only had the right battery at the right price, but he went out and installed it! Installing this battery wasn’t easy as it was tucked near the firewall under layers of molded hard plastic. Auto Zone is very fortunate to have an employee like Kenny who goes the extra mile when most others wouldn’t. He turned a tough situation around. Thank you Kenny.
