  Let me start by saying I never leave reviews for anything. But for this place I just had too. This dealership just made it so incredibly easy and stress free. Drew specifically. I live in PA and I sent him a picture of the exact car that I wanted and him and his team worked their magic to get me in it. He had everything ready to go so when I got out there, I just signed. Drew took the time to show me how the card works, all the features, and set my app up for me. It was my first time buying a brand new car and the process couldn’t have been any better for me. I will 100% be sending anyone and everyone to Drew and this dealership.

  JUSTIN CUNHA is SO AMAZING!!!! this is the first time I have bought a car where it felt like I didn’t do anything except inquire, sign and pay. NO HASSLE! NO “we need your last 60 days bank statements” NONE OF THAT NON SENSE! I expressed my needs, he delivered 100%!!!!! Not 1 thing I can say this team did that I disliked, didn’t agree with, or that troubled me! NOTHING! felt like I was equal, felt like I was understood, didn’t have to repeat myself or do a bunch of negotiating…. VERY SIMPLE, VERY HAPPY!!! Even on this man’s day off he was communicating and checking in on my application cuz he knew how important it was for me to be on the road. I hardly ever write reviews so the fact that I’m writing this paragraph and it STILL doesn’t justify the amount of appreciation I have… 10 / 10 / 10 will always recommend!!! But JUSTIN IN PARTICULAR really cares about his customers!! Now he’s a part of a life memory that I will never forget! A FRESH START! thank you Pohanka for hiring the right guy to meet me on destiny road 💪 and we both have the same birthday so that allowed for a more personable experience… DIDNT WASTE A SECOND OF MY TIME 💙

  The staff at Pohanka Kia in Salisbury were exceptional. Not only were they knowledgeable, competent, professional, courteous but, perhaps more importantly, patient. My salesman, Trenton, made it his mission to find me a car that I loved. I told him he was the very best, kindest salesman in the world. The manager, John, was a perfect gentleman who went out of his way to make my car buying experience as pleasant as possible. Finally, the financial manager, Alyssa, couldn’t have explained the final transactions better. Again, the entire staff were fair and extraordinary! I left happy with my purchase knowing I was welcome back anytime to ask questions or discuss any future concerns. I can’t them them enough.
