- LLLeviDec 23, 20255.0I rented a vehicle from just the 19th to the 20th and I made my reservation about a week ahead, I require hand controls to drive any vehicle. Not only was there no fee for needing the hand controls but unlike rental car companies in past years, Enterprise installed high quality hand controls in the vehicle I requested and they were perfectly installed resulting in a safe and comfortable stress fee trip. In the past you could get a set of hand controls from a rental company that are basically just thrown on and this can be a very unsafe situation. Able bodied people may not be able to relate or even have a clue about the importance of this feature and I can't expressr enough how stellar of a detail this is for disabled people. Every employee I encountered was polite and beyond helpful. It was a 10 out of 10 experience. I plan to continue my business with this same location for all of my rental car needs in the future.

I was told it would not be a problem and they would take care of it. When I received my email receipt there was a $250 one way rental fee that I was not made aware of, and when I tried numerous times to contact the SBY Enterprise to enquire no one answers. I understand there may be a one way fee, but the fee was more than the rental itself and I was not told about it. Not a good way to conduct business in my opinion.
