My overall experience was great. The truck drove well, and I really enjoyed driving it. I did ultimately realized there was no windshield wiper fluid, and the car hadn’t been through a detail before release, as there were dog hairs on the interior (pointed out before leaving the lot) and the windshield was covered in dead bugs.
Upon returning the truck I didn’t have a way back home, but Christine, and Karen, were awesome in accommodating the minor inconveniences, and they provided me a courtesy drive back home this saved me some money, and I am so grateful.
As stated earlier, my overall experience was great, the reps customer service is top tier, and the payment process is seamless.

Made reservations and went too pick up car n when I got there didn't have no car called another enterprise they said they would have one and was ready so made reservations to get there and nothing

The location at 1816 Salisbury North Salisbury md, is fantastic I only go to this location, because the staff here are wonderful, and extremely professional, Daniel Garza always takes excellent care of my rental needs, Raeghan Flynn was fantastic she went above and beyond, I'd recommend everyone in the area to go to this location for all their rental needs, 5 Star location!!!

I have been renting cars from Enterprise probably over 10 years off and on this was my worst experience trying to obtain a Ford F150 four-door pick up truck.
I’m interested in buying one I even spoke to Enterprise sales division the sales associate said he couldn’t help me with renting a vehicle but he could sell me one and if I didn’t like it I could bring it back in seven days. It’s pretty good but wow, I have to buy the vehicle first it’s terrible.
They are three different enterprise locations in my local area, including the airport no one could get me a F150 That week and I was told it was due to the storm the service there insurance customers first I think I get it insurance companies as bringing them a lot of business🤔

Again, I have been renting vehicles fromEnterprise probably over 10 years and this was my worst experience trying to obtain a Ford F150 four-door pick up truck. I’m interested in buying one. I was told by the sales rep that he could not help me get a rental but he could sell me a vehicle and if I didn’t like it, I had seven days to bring it back. Wow now you want me to purchase the vehicle first and if I don’t like it I can bring it back in a week. That’s terrible Customer Service in my opinion.
I had to accept whatever rental they had available spending my hard earned money and can’t even select the vehicle I want that really doesn’t make sense. What kind of world do we live in today to make matters worse when I returned the vehicle that I rented for a week there was a F150 pick up truck sitting on The parking lotI inquired about it. & I was informed it was reserve for Customer And I said wow oh my God I tried to reserve one and couldn’t get a vehicle for four days😤
I wastold to reserve one again and I did and now it’s been about 5 days and I have not received the normal reservation phone call confirmation from the local enterprise Office 😤😤😤
To whom it may concern ENTERPRISEYour customer service stinks. I grew up in an error when Customer Service was top priority. I guess the days and time we live in today Customer Service does not seem like it matters with ENTERPRISE😤😤😤
IMaybe I should spend my money elsewhere. I think I’m looking into that. Thanks for allowing me to vent be all God created you to be. Have a blessed getting closer to Jesus day peace and love.
