- MMMandie MooreNov 5, 20251.0WOMEN ESPECIALLY BEWARE. Do not come here. I had given this place a great review because at the time, they were friendly and seemed efficient. I couldn’t be more wrong. I got home and realized my heat was no longer working properly . See, during the oil change they check different things and try to get you to spend more money. And one of the men, who I now know is the manager of the store, had gone underneath my glove box and removed my cabin filters. I called valvoline last night and on the phone was told that it can cause issues if it isn’t properly done. She told me to go back to the store. Well last night, the assistant manager working not only had no idea that there were cabin filters underneath the glove box to begin with. He specifically told me that a screw had been stripped and that it not being installed correctly could cause this problem. He told me that I needed to come back the next day when the store manager was there so that he could look at it. And that they would likely have to send me somewhere to get it fixed. He assured me they would tske care of me when I came back. So today, I go back this morning and ask for the manager.. and thats when I see that the manager is the one who messed it up to begin with. He was rude, arrogant, tried to make me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about , and I’mplied that everyone else I spoke to doesnt know what they’re talking about and that my car is the issue.. and if that were true, it would mean the assistant manager was wrong as well. He was dismissive and childish. I truly expected to just simply resolve this, but unfortunately he is too small of a man to admit his mistakes. My car has had no issues whatsoever, and it was working properly when I went there. A simple google search will also tell you that improper installation can cause the issues I’m having .. just like corporate and his assistant manager said. Absolutely pathetic man. Will never go here again, and will be making sure to call corporate and let everyone know that they willl mess up your car and deny responsibility. I literally just bought this car , and I’m upset that I can’t trust this business to take care of my vehicle, and fix something they screwed up in the first place. Go next door to meineke instead. Do not waste your money here.

They educate without pressuring me to buy a service, which I appreciate, and it makes me want to take better care of my car.
