  Trenton was excellent and made sure I got what I wanted at the right price. His customer service was top notch and he helped me determine my wants in a new vehicle. I absolutely recommend talking to him if you are looking for a new car.

  I didn’t like the service I received. I came with a coupon. At checkout I was overcharged until I told customer service I had a coupon. Then he said he was not use to the coupon. After looking at the coupon he took off the double charge amount. Then I left. I won’t be coming back because of the service I received.

  I want to say thank you to all the staff at Pohanka Kia! The process wasn't stressful at all. I really wanted to shout-out my sales rep Mr. MAURICE!!!! He was really resourceful and helpful and really an all-round nice guy! I would 100% recommend anyone to him and this dealership (hands down). The Sales Manager (Mr.Ray) was hilarious he was a very helpful as well! Even down to the Finance rep Mr. Phillip! The experience was beyond GREAT! Thank you all again!

  I dropped my car off to get an oil change. They called me and made me feel like an idiot telling me my check engine light was on and asked how I didn’t notice it. They told me that there was something wrong with my engine and that I would need a new engine in my car. They then told me that they would have to keep it there for four days to see if they could get me a new engine but they couldn’t give me a rental because I wasn’t old enough. I came back to the dealership to give them my license since they told me they needed it and when I pulled in another person called me and told me my car was ready to pick up. I went inside and told them what the manager called and told me and the lady at the counter was like I’m sorry he was wrong he got your car confused with someone else. That was a HUGE mistake! I was trying to figure out the while time how I was gonna pay for a new engine in my car! Wish the manager who called me would have come out and explained and apologized for what happened!
