Our salesman, Mike was willing to use the form of communication that we wanted (only email) and beat the best deal we had from over 10 different dealerships. He also was very proactive getting as much paperwork done prior to us coming in. Upon arrival, they were perfectly hands off, and let me, my wife, and kids look at the cars by ourselves with no pressure to make a decision. Throughout the process, everyone at the dealership was respectful and kind to us all with no sense of feeling pushed into a sale. Very happy with our experience here and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I came in because I was having an issue where the gas pump kept clicking off as if my tank was full when it wasn’t. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue and explained that I needed a new filler neck and check valve. They also performed a complimentary multi-point inspection, which I really appreciated, and let me know I was due for a break flush. Even though they were clearly busy, the staff was professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. Overall, the communication and customer service was excellent. I felt informed, not pressured, and confident in their recommendations. I will definitely return for future service.
