    I would recommend everybody anybody I know that is looking for a vehicle to Pohanka the excellent team of people and very friendly. I’m very happy with faith Mike and the other gentleman that was working with me and my daughter. We love being there very helpful and clean. Believe the experience we got again. I will re-recommended my to my friends and family. I’ve already started telling people my experience there thank you all again very excited and love my new truck.

    Good Evening. Please speak to your known salesperson Cedric Armwood. It is important to be mindful of the people around you while driving a DEALER VEHICLE, one he does not own. While stopped at the dealership light right in front of your dealership, he decides it would be in his best interest to barely squeeze into a gap in a single lane to get into your parking lot. While almost hitting my vehicle. The vehicle had no tags, less than a mile or not, you should have a tagged vehicle. Just as every driver in Maryland is obligated to. Since Cedric almost hit the vehicle, he was confronted as he went by. He then proceeded to stop the whole vehicle and open the door and act as if he was going to do something. Informed him that he should be more mindful when driving. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL CONSIDERING THIS IS “SUPPOSEDLY” one your top sales members. And then states “If you’re going to do something about it do it”. What a great way to represent pohanka. I will be sharing this information to many more. Look forward to a phone call or an email.     The service we recently had at Pohanka Hyundai in Salisbury is the best experience we’ve ever had while having a car repaired. and Carly Whitelock is the best service advisor my wife and I have ever had. Carly made everything so simple and easy for the whole experience and went over and above the call of duty in our opinion. It would be hard to explain all that she did in this review, but she was outstanding in all aspects of the service repair. And we have to recognize and hand it to Hyundai corporation for standing behind their warranty of 10 years and 100,000 miles. Barry and Judy Fink

    I want to take a moment to thank the dealership team for taking the time to address and resolve the concerns I previously experienced. I truly appreciate the effort that was made to clarify the situation and ensure everything was handled correctly. While the initial process was frustrating due to miscommunication, I’m grateful for how the team listened, followed up, and worked to make things right (Sherrie). Their professionalism and willingness to correct the issue meant a great deal to me.     I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience requires honesty. I am giving this dealership one star due to a serious lack of transparency and inconsistency throughout the sales process. During our visit, we were not given full and accurate information about the financial details of our transaction. After receiving over $5,000 back, I specifically asked whether we would owe anything further and was clearly told no. However, once we reviewed the paperwork regarding the vehicle value and remaining balance, the explanation changed. That shift in information was both confusing and frustrating. Transparency and clarity are critical when making a major financial decision like purchasing a vehicle. Customers deserve straightforward answers and consistent communication from start to finish. Discovering later that we may have had other options available from the beginning made the experience even more disappointing. In addition, the way certain parts of the conversation were handled lacked the level of professionalism I expect in a business transaction of this magnitude. Clear communication and integrity should never be optional. This was a learning experience for us. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to carefully review every document, ask direct questions, and ensure that everything discussed verbally is clearly reflected in writing before signing.
