  I'll give Pohanka Chrysler Jeep dealership 10 out of 10 they put a motor in my jeep and I believe I had it like in two days had no problems out of it and I want to thank Jennifer for working with me and my husband. Thank you so much.

  Huge thanks to Tech Writer Jennifer Boland and Service Tech Jesse for everything you did for me today! (Invoice# 56098) Came in about 0900 unscheduled to get my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Eco Diesel's fuel filter changed and transmission fluid level and health inspected. That all ended satisfactory. During Jesse's preliminary service inspection, he found both of my front driveshafts were not only severely worn and disconnected, but outrageously flopping around on the differential stubshafts. His recommendation was to replace the entire differential and both driveshafts. Initially this sounded exorbitant and needlessly expensive, but after a very lengthy and patient conversation, plus a quick look up on the web for remedies... I fully agreed with his recommendation. Expensive, yes. A no hassle and no worry down the road solution with a lifetime warranty... even better. I declined today due to the parts not all being in stock and to revisit funding on such a large job. I am 99% sure I will be back to complete this. He also correctly assessed and advised that my rear brake pads were at 2mm and ought to be done today. Once again, I agreed with his assessment but declined to do it today since it would make more sense to do it when the other is being completed real soon. Above and beyond, while discussing the differential issue, I asked him to also assess the slight oil spray leak near my radiator. He CERTAINLY did so! He found a minut split in my turbo oil line that if we're to fully fail, could easily cost me several more thousand dollars just for the turbo, much less the other damage that could have been caused by the line's failure. Close call!! This will be completed next week when the part is in. Since it's been leaking for about 50k, I'm praying as long as I keep my foot out of it till then, I'll make it. This truck has 126,000 miles and is about to go on a huge road trip this summer to the major national parks for several weeks. I can only imagine the potential horror stories these failures could have caused on the road during a vacation. I'm happy with deciding to have Pohanka CDJR do the work for accuracy and warranty. Any future problems with these components will be covered easily by the FCA dealerships anywhere in the country. NOT something you want to take chances with!! (Time, money, investment, schedules, vacations, relaxation, memories with loved ones) Thanks again. I look forward to seeing you all again real soon to get it completed.

  My husband took his truck in to fix suspension and it was a week and a half when we got it back. $8000. Had to take it back few days later. Still not working. They have had it for a week now and we have not heard anything. Not one update at all. Got my husband to call to get update 3 days after dropping off snd person and phone said they were having it sit over night yo see if it's fixed and they would call him on Thursday and let him know what's going on. Well it's Sunday and still have not heard anything. Very unprofessional! No communication! They should at least call to give my husband and update! Update 02/282026 pohanka service has had my husbands truck for a month. Still don't have it fixed and can't get anyone to call us back. They call one time and said new part will be in the next day and thi should be done by Monday . It's Saturday now not update and no truck. Left message yesterday. No return call.🙄

  Very unhappy. Went in with oil leak, which was diagnosed correctly agreed to the $1700 estimate. Supposed to be ready first thing next day. Called at 11am to find out service deal associate was in a meeting all day. My vehicle had been ready, no one called. When I went out to drive off found they had not updated my oil service sticker or reset the onboard oil life in settings. Next day got a video of the inspection I should have got before they started work. That noted I should look also at replacing OCV gaskets and new front brake pads and rotors. They never told me about these. Then I looked at the full breakdown on the service sheet. The went ahead with OCV gaskets without my permission $227 . I assumed that was part of the oil Cooling unit replacement. Also showed I Had declined replacing brakes when I was amber asked. Not the first time I have had bad service since Pohanka bought the dealership.
