  It was a great experience. Everyone was nice and helpful. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. Less than that time I had road tested the vehicle and on my way home. Abby my sales person was awesome. Friendly and patient. I have bought a number of CDJR but this the 1st time I enjoyed being at the dealership. Everyone was extra courteous and took my business seriously not wasting my time .

  I was very pleased with everyone i dealt with yesterday. Alberto was a perfect gentleman from the start, always had my physical comfort in play. John was great as well, explained the difference in going to the bank for the auto loan or financing it through pohank. I chose pohanka. Sydney in financing was so very thorough and knowledgeable and patient with me if i asked for clarifucation. They spent today tidying up the truck and making cosmetics adjustments to the bed. 1 already have recommended pohanka to a co-worker. 5 < for customer service Loved the shuttle idea and the truck will be delivered back to me this afternoon

  The experience was less then favorable to say the least, I was told one thing by the Service Advisor, only after having to call multiple times to talk to anyone, she reported she was going to call me back that evening if my vehicle was not going to be done for a loaner, never heard from her and/or anyone else. Next day service manager called told me something different, when I questioned this he stated there must be 2 customers with the same name there, and then he told me the battery was replaced, same thing service advisor reported, and he assured me of this, since it was just replaced in February 2025 and it's was the 3 time being towed in since I got the brand new vehicle in Aug 2024, however when I picked it up I read the service paperwork and NOPE not replaced, that both the service advisor and service manager reported it was. Having both a service advisor and service manager both lie is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
