    Thee worst experience I’ve ever experienced dealing with getting a car repaired correctly! When they returned my car I noticed they had scratched the new trim and didn’t complete what needed painting! Who ever is in charge of quality control should find another occupation! You will say thanks for bringing this to my attention but this is the second time and nothing seems to be getting better! Ridiculous

    I am absolutely ecstatic with my car-buying experience at Pohanka CDJR. I came in last night and purchased a beautiful 2019 Nissan Rogue, and the entire process was perfect from start to finish. The staff at Pohanka CDJR were professional, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. They made what I thought would be a stressful process feel effortless and genuinely enjoyable. The dealership environment was comfortable, and everyone I interacted with was focused on ensuring I had a positive visit. Sydney Chandler in finance was very thorough and super nice, explaining everything in detail so I understood everything going on. A huge, special thank you goes out to Jocelyn Mack! Jocelyn was exceptional. Her determination to get me approved and into a great vehicle, and her patience made the buying experience truly great and much less stressful than I thought it would be. She answered all my questions clearly and ensured I was confident and happy with my new Rogue. If you are currently looking for a new or used vehicle, you absolutely must go to Pohanka CDJR. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Make sure to ask for Jocelyn Mack—she is the best! They have earned a customer for life.

    The salesman I was referred to was Rick Shores. He was very patient with my concerns and found the perfect vehicle for my husband. I personally witnessed services that he said he would have done on my daughters vehicle and kept that agreement.

    This place is horrible and I dread every time I have to deal with them. Even when you do their job for them and call to make an appointment and confirm they have parts that are needed for a repair… they still mess it up. They will keep your vehicle forever if you don’t call them every day and remind them to do their job.

    The service rep, a young lady was courteous and attentive as I described my problem with my jeep. She clearly described the procedure and arranged the service, explained the problem and the fix. Identified the parts and cost with the estimated time to repair. Service was completed and she contacted me and made arrangements to pick me up. Very professional service!
