My pickup thru SF Ins. & Enterprise Corp had been totally screwed up as the pick up time showed Mon at 11am not Sat after I just spoke to them saying the vehicle was st this location before I had a friend take me. He squeezed me in and got me out in a car in 10 mins. Not the exact one but he waited in 5 ppl at once while acknowledging all of us.

The only issue was that I rented the 15 passenger van for a senior citizen trip and glad that I discovered before the trip we needed something for the seniors to be able to get into the van. It is a very high climb even for younger people. So I took my small kitchen step ladder and it worked perfectly. I was able to store it in the back. I would also only recommend no more than 13 adults as 15 would be cramped. Other than that. No problems , easy to drive and we had a great time.
- JJJoshuaNov 19, 20251.0Rented a car here for a trip got there and I was offered a dirty car outside was never washed had bird crap and marks all over it the inside was trashed stuff all over the seats dirty carpet and marks all over the inside of the car and the car smelled like weed and cigarettes. The girl that helped us just shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal If I’m paying $800 including the deposit I should get a clean good smelling car. I would have asked to be put into something else but they had no other cars. It was only when we came back that they said it could have been cleaned out well your previous employee didn’t offer that basically told us deal with it and they have a detailer there that cleans cars when they come back in so why wasn’t this one done? So if you want a trashed interior car that smells like weed and cigarettes come here. Otherwise go down the street and go to hertz. Only reason I had to use enterprise is because my corporate discount through my job only applies at enterprise. Next time I’ll just pay without a discount at hertz. You shouldn’t be renting out cars that smell like heavy weed and cigarette smoke to anyone if you can’t get the smell out retire the car and send it somewhere.
