Only to get to the establishment and there are 0 rentals available. Curious; Why have the reservations as an option, if youre not going to fully reserve the vehicle and continue to rent to the highest bidder? Never seen this kind of inconsideration in businesses who make options available and don't honor them. Hoping the escalation department can turn this experience around. Be careful out here!

He went above and beyond to get us a car for the weekend when everyone else was all booked. Even he was currently out of vehicles but he came thru at the last minute and stayed past closing to get us taken care of. Thanks again Mohammed
