All three times it seems that no one was interested in being helpful at all. Each time the employees (3 visits, 3 different employees) acted as if I was being an inconvenience by asking for help. In fact during my last visit, this guy (Shan) had zero interest in helping at all. Definitely had an apparent attitude at the fact he was even there. This time I had to return an item in an obviously unopened box. He proceeds to open the box and rummage through as if trying to find a reason to not return it then huffs and puffs as he pulls the money from the register? Makes no sense as to why one would work in the customer service business and then have a problem interacting with customers. Maybe I'm just using the wrong auto parts store? Make it make sense....
