  Tyrell the manager helped me out big time I was having vibrations cause my tires wasn’t balanced when i still felt it after I left the first time he said bring it back and I’ll check your wheels again & when I came back the second time he didn’t charge me anything I recommend this place to anyone

  Tyrell noticed me waiting in the lobby and greeted me with the biggest smile. His swift attentiveness was one to be admired. It’s not everyday that you receive great customer service. I will definitely come back to this establishment for my next oil change! Thank you kindly Tyrell.

  After a long time of searching for a reliable automotive service location, I finally found my go to repair shop. The NTB located on 6211 Rossville Blvd, Rosedale, MD 21237. Since the beginning, NTB employees took their time to diagnose my car issues, explained everything to me clearly before they started working on my car. So far they have truly provided me with such an outstanding service and honesty with everything. The team at this location is fantastic, so easy to get along with and they are all very skilled at what they do! They definitely get the job done. My car is now running very smoothly and feels like a brand new car. Thank you for all that you do

  Had an issue with the wrong tires being put on my jeep. Once I called the store and explained the situation John took care of me right away. There was a miscommunication somewhere but I couldn’t be more happier with how the situation was handled. Not only did my jeep get the tires I wanted it was not no additional cost to me and he got me in right away. In and out in hour. Thank you.

  If I could give them 0 stars, I would. When I arrived for my appointment (on time), everything was fine. They took my keys, and quoted me about an hour/hour and a half wait time because there were two tickets ahead of me. No problem. I came back 2 hours later to two of the associates standing outside, taking a communal smoke break. But, hey, I'm understanding. So I inquired about the status of my car. I was told I was next up to be put on the rack... I was off-handedly reassured by someone who seemed to be in charge that I'd be taken care of, and not to worry. Now back from his smoke break, he was bent over the counter on the phone; his favorite place to be. (I didn't see him do anything else in the time I was there.) 10 minutes go by. Still, nobody has moved my car. Everyone who was waiting when I arrived was gone, and new people are coming in, and their cars and seemingly being attended to much more quickly. I allowed 5 more minutes to elapse while I was calling other places nearby to get an oil change. I know car maintenance and workshops can be subject to unforeseen delays, so I used my day off to get this done. The way the two associates I interacted with were behaving, though, was as if my time nor my money was valuable. So, I politely asked for my keys back. The front desk associate then did have the good grace to apologize for the wait, but by then I was beyond done. I will not spend my money or my time in places where I am not respected or valued as a customer. I went to the Valvoline in Middle River instead and paid less than I would have here, got more services done, and received excellent treatment.
