  I went back because I have a lifetime balance and rotate. I asked for my receipt, and they told me that I didn't need one. I told them I wanted one that way I knew what the mileage was when I had it done. I am 70 years old and I have been a mechanic all my life. I presently work on transit buses, and I know what torque specs are. When I got home, I put my truck in the garage and went to take the wheel off to check on my cv axle that was leaking, they never told me about it. Plus if they were rotated, I would have grease on oneof the other 3 tires from my CV axle leaking.Plus I could not get 2 of the lug. Nuts off because there were overtorqued, they didn't ask me what the torque specs were or did not have enough sense to look at the door jam to see the tire pressure. They just ran the lug nuts in with a impact then put the torque wrench on and click no movement. We were trained that when you torque, something you have to have a little bit of movement. Then, hear The Click that way. It is properly torqued. plus there was no valve caps Put on the valve stem. I will definitely see about going to another mister tire because of this .

  I am always very particular when it comes to my vehicles, quite plainly I don’t trust anyone but myself working on my cars. Unfortunately tires are one thing I can’t tackle in my garage. I believe to date I’ve gone to Mr. Tire in Rosemont, MD three times (for three different vehicles) over the last year. The gentleman running the front desk there knows me by name, types my phone number in pulls up my record and has me on my way, next day give me a call to come by for pick. Can’t think of a simpler experience, that guys got it made. Keep doing what you do Mr. Tire…

  I went in with a tire issue and they fixed that quickly and confidently. I needed service so got an oil change which was done fast too. My old 2013 honda is back to averaging over 40 mpg on the highway thanks to the Mr. Tire team. I will be back in the future and highly recommend this location.

  I always get great service here. I never feel like I'm being charged for anything I don't need, and everyone is polite and attentive.
