  I dropped my car off on a Wednesday at 8:30 in the morning to be inspected. My car was not inspected until 5 PM. I drove my car over the allowed amount of mileage to be re-inspected. I was told this when I dropped it off to get reinspected again at 8:30 AM on a Monday. I called at 4:30 PM because I’ve got no information about the reinspect. That’s when I found out, I went over the mileage. I come to pick up my car. They still want the extra $42 to reinspect my car. I asked why I didn’t get a phone call. The guy at the front counter lies to me and says he called me and left a voicemail. I pulled up my phone and showed zero missed calls and zero voicemails. He got loud ignorant and started calling me names. The inspector came out, got loud ignorant, and started calling me names do not take your car here.

  I had an excellent experience at Mr. Tire in White Marsh, especially thanks to Stephane. From start to finish, service was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done and then followed up a couple days later to make sure all was well. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and trustworthy. Stephane truly went above and beyond, and so I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

  I discovered I had a flat tire after leaving work, and this place was the closest service center so I took a shot in the dark. Given that my tires had roughly 70K miles on them, and my flat had been previously patched, I asked if they could just replace them all. The gentleman gladly accepted and helped find a decent set in stock. I stayed and waited - the process took about 2.5 hours (granted, I had no appointment and there were a handful of people in front of me). Right as he started the service, he came to me and stated I really needed new brake pads - I guessed it before the words even came out of his mouth. I felt even better knowing that (1) he wasnt trying to sell me services I didn't need, and (2) he was genuinely concerned about me driving on them. Over the years, I've heard so many negative things about Mr. Tire, but the technician that night changed my mind (I think it was C. Johnson?), he even stayed after closing a bit to finish up the work. I would 100% recommend this place.

  DO. NOT TAKE your vehicle here! My vehicle was left at the store to be serviced. After a diagnostic check, I was told of what needed to be done. I paid over $1,0000 for the service. I took my car for less than one week and my car would not start. I was told to bring my vehicle back to be checked again and my vehicle stayed for over five months. I was told over and over that they are trying to fix the problem. I spoke to the manager at the time, Al on several recorded incidents, and I was told a story time after time! One day I called to check on my vehicle and was told the manager Al was moved to another location. My vehicle was still not running and was in a horrible condition inside with the battery removed, and other screws taken out. I’ve had to call Customer Service on several occasions to solve this issue. I had to have my vehicle towed to another mechanic since my vehicle was not running. Do not go to this location or any Mr. Tire at all!!!!! They DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY’re doing!!!
