  John Hedge Jr., was very professional, courteous and. Knowledgeable and so caring to and for me as a customer. He reinforced my reason for traveling from Owings mills, MD to be serviced at the Rosedale store. An outstanding store manager. Make him the MANAGER.

  Customer Service at this location was outstanding. Service Mgr John H. communicated the need of my repairs for my vehicle. Service Tech was fast and my wait time was not long. Highly recommended if you want your vehicle serviced at this location.

  Service, expertise, and customer service was excellent. Honest, trustworthy, and diligently worked with me to navigate a challenging situation. Called ahead so I could confirm my car would be able to be serviced before I got it towed to their location. When I got there, John explained that there was a miscommunication and they were actually NOT going to be able to replace the tire stem with the correct sensor. He took extra time to look up potential parts that could work, was extremely knowledgeable in further explaining the issue, and worked with his staff to come up with a solution. Had me back on the road with a completely functional valve stem and gave me advice on the best way to get the sensor working properly with a business that had the correct programming equipment. On top of that, because of the misunderstanding prior to me arriving, he chose to install the working valve stem for free! Highly recommend and will definitely be a top choice if I need further work in the future!
