- NWNellí WhiteOct 13, 20251.0Imagine going to autozone to get assistance for your vehicle and the rep that comes out to check your battery, doesn’t know how to locate your battery. You assist him and ask for a charge, you’re told he’ll be right back. Still leaves the hood open in the rain, mind you, and doesn’t return. That’s the customer service at this autozone. So no need to imagine because it happened to me instead of being honest and making me aware the didn’t know what they were looking for. I went inside after 10 mins and the rep “oh I was looking for you” but never came back outside.

Our friend went inside and my fiance and i were having a conversation whenThis african American women who works here honked her car horn at him for standing in an empty spot she must want as its closer than ours by one. Extremely rude. Workers should not be parking in the front nor giving attitude to customers even in the lot on or off the clock. Never coming back. Hope shes fired or gets a lesson in manners. Wish this store had better workers. So sad
