  We have used Top Gun for 3 times, under both previous and current managements. We got satisfactory results every time. The most recent one was a major body work. A reckless driver T-boned our car on the driver side. Both doors were heavily damaged. Other shops’ estimates for replacing two door plus painting would exceed the car’s current price, resulting total the car by the insurance company State Farm. But Pablo was able to lower the repair cost significantly, enough to save our otherwise perfectly drivable and low mileage car. The entire work took them about a week. The end result was amazing. Our car looked better than before! They even cleaned the inside of the car. We are so glad to have our “13-year old friends” back. We will definitely come back in the future whenever we need body work. We highly recommend this shop to everyone.

  Top Gun Collision Experts are fantastic. Not only they have great expertise in car repair, they also have excellent people skills. Pablo treated us with kindness, understanding, and respect. It helped us a lot during a stressful period of time after a serious collision by another vehicle. The car was supposed to be totaled because it is a 2010 Acura MDX, which is of little “value” to fix by view of the insurance company. However, the car was totally drivable with only the doors damaged. Pablo worked with us to get the parts and fixed the car. As the photos showed, the difference before and after was stunning! Thank you very much!

  The fender on my 20-year old Subaru was recently damaged and needed to be replaced. After looking at the reviews of several body shops (on Consumer CheckBook, Google and Yelp) I visited three of the highly rated shops in the Gaithersburg-Rockville area. After not hearing from one of the three shops, I settled on Top Gun because their estimate was significantly below the other one. I worked with Pablo, who is extremely friendly and easy to work with. I am extremely pleased with the repair, especially the perfect color matching - the paint on the new fender is indistinguishable from the old. I am also very happy with the ease of communication, and their frequent updates on the progress of the work. I highly recommend Top Gun (Rockville) for their excellent work, price and customer service.

  Pablo made the process easy, kept me up-to-date, shared photos with me when I had questions and made sure that the product was up to the standards I indicated that I required when I dropped off the vehicle. My car was fully detailed when I received it.

  Took my car here after it was vandalized by youths during a failed theft. Top Gun quickly inspected and repaired the vehicle. They communicated every step of the way. Highly recommend this repair shop.
