  I recently came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and balancing, and had a great experience. Jin and the team were professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth. Everything was done on time, and they took good care of my car. It’s always reassuring to know your car is in good hands. Highly recommend!

  I got a call 39 minutes into my appointment from the manager saying that they were able to remove 3 out of 4 wheels, but one lug nut was stuck on the drivers front. I expressed doubt since I put them on last night, hand threaded and tightened manually with a torque wrench set to 89 lbs. He told me they would need to break the stud to remove it which I gave permission to do. On my invoice he claimed that he "informed that the store is not responsible for any damage related to the removal or reinstallation of the tires and wheels". I got no such warning & would have told them to put the other three wheels back on and taken my car elsewhere, this was sloppy work. The enamel on the wheel around the stud they broke was damaged, as was the enamel on other wheels around the lug nuts. I have had the car 7 years, swap the wheels and tires in winter and spring and have never damaged the enamel in doing so. They used too deep a socket and were not careful. They claimed there was curb rash on all the wheels, there is not and I have video of the car and each tire / wheel from before I brought the car in showing no damage. There are marks on the wheels now, from their sloppy work and possibly their tire mounting machine. There are also chips on the face of the wheel with the broken stud which they must have hit with a tool or banged against something once off the car that were not next to the broken stud and were not there before I dropped the car off (I have video with a close up of each wheel from before I took it in this afternoon to prove that - last picture is of the undamaged wheel, a screen shot from the video I took 30 minutes before dropping off the car) They also overinflated the tires. They should have been 35 psi front 32 psi rear. The left side was 37 psi, right was 38 psi. They are liars who do sloppy work, video before and photos from after to prove it. Don't get your tires at this location.

  This was a hard morning. I busted a tire on Connecticut avenue. NTB on Randolph Road replaced the tire within an hour or so and I was on my way back to work! The waiting room was clean and comfortable while I waited. All staff were professional. The experiencebat NTB was five star!

  I haven’t been to this NTB location in years because of a bad experience, but today’s visit completely changed my mind. The store is under new management, and Jin, the store manager, was knowledgeable, honest, and never tried to upsell or pressure me into services I didn’t need. Jin even took the time to bring me into the shop — something most places or dealerships won’t do — to show me exactly what was going on with my vehicle. That level of transparency really stood out. It’s clear that Jin truly cares about his customers and prioritizes safety. Because of him, you’ve officially won my business back! Keep up the great work, NTB team!

  First the attitude and decorum of the staff needs a lot of work. Set up an appointment at 11am but still took over 2 hours for service despite being assured the car being ready by 12noon NLT 12:30pm. Was also given a hassle when they suggested replacing the other back tire. They didn’t have the tire I ordered in stock using an antiquated stocking methodology. Sadly not many tire options nowadays. Would NOT recommend using this NTB/Mavis location. Also the sales person lied about the warranty info on the tire I wanted. She said there is no warranty. It is actually 60k. Pretty bad training
