  I was supposed to be provided a full sized SUV from state farm, but instead enterprise refused to give me one and instead put me in a bronco sport that needed an oil change, had McDonald’s trash left in vehicle, car would leak water into cabin when raining, and every single enterprise in Montgomery and Frederick county Maryland refused to give me a new vehicle until after a week straight of calling, then I was given a Toyota Camry. Unacceptable for a major billion dollar company to be treating their guests so poorly. Go to hertz.

  702 Rockville branch is a great branch. 10/10 would definitely recommend!! Knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They are great.

  I worked with several people at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and the level of service was outstanding. When dealing with insurance rentals, it can be difficult to get a truly comparable vehicle. I drive a mini SUV, and insurance initially wanted to place me in a much smaller car, which was not the same class. Chris, the store manager at the Rockville location, went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf and work with insurance to secure something comparable. Although the Rockville branch did not have an available vehicle at the time, he coordinated with the Bethesda location to make it happen. Frank, the manager at the Bethesda location, was great to work with during pickup. Will drove me from Rockville all the way to the Bethesda location, and Alex helped with a shorter pickup from the body shop to Enterprise, which was still very much appreciated. Both were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Every person I interacted with was professional and truly excelled at customer service. This team made a frustrating insurance situation easy and stress-free.
