  The process was very easy—from scheduling a test drive online to signing the contract. I arranged financing through another bank and paid the taxes and fees with my credit card. Super easy! My salesperson, Dajuan, was very helpful. He texted and called me right away to confirm my appointment and made everything smooth. The team even put the tag on my car and gave me the registration card while I stayed in my chair with my coffee. Everything was done for me. Loved it!10 out of 10 !

  It was a pleasure working with the team at Rockville. I found my car online and transferred it to this location, and they were on top of all the communication and process for every step. I enjoyed talking with everyone in the office as they were all so friendly. I appreciate that they worked with our unique financing situation. They also addressed all my concerns and never once pressured me. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

  I can't thank Mike, Jason and Mohamed enough for making this a painless process. I knew what car and options I wanted from driving so many rental cars for work. Enterprise Rockville had the Jeep Compass I wanted at a very reasonable price. Mike worked with me to fit a test drive in between work appointments and then make the majority of the arrangements to come back to get it through calls and texts. Mike and Jason had the paperwork and car ready and waiting when I came to pick it up. I would not hesitate to buy from Mike again. I felt like he listened to me and my needs while genuinely trying to help throughout the process.

  First off, Mike, Jason and Mohamed, classic example of, “Teamwork makes the dream work.” Let be honest, we all think we are the main character in this thing called life. Especially when it comes to the obstacles we face. Truthfully, most of us deal with the same or similar struggles. Tying to get a car in this economy is one of them. Regardless of the fact, there branch made me feel that what I needed mattered. They didn’t just write me off because I don’t meet the golden standard. They showed that they see and desire to understand the individual, not just looking for the cookie cutter scenario. Not once in the 3-4hrs did they make feel like I was problem. Also understanding my situation, never once did their approach become or seem predatorial or exploitative. That day I needed to walk out of there with “MY” vehicle, and Michael understood that, and made sure the rest of the team did as well. “Treat others as you would like to be treated.” That day I experienced a withdrawal on the energy and spirit I try to put out in this world. I appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them to others.
