I own Toyota and a Corvette they have always treated my cars with the same great service as my friend's more expensive cars. Three years ago I needed service on my 2016 Avalon and they made their usual terrific repairs but advised me that now they work exclusively on Tesla's, however, if i needed a repair I should call, and they would try to help. Recently, I did call for their incredible detail service, spoke to Darwin Medina who invited me to come in. Dervin is an Estimator who gave me the same wonderful service I had come to expect, Total Recon agreed to detail my car and now my 2016 Avalon looks like it is almost new Total Recon continues to exceed my expectations. I wish everyone could experience the service that Total Recon provides. I could buy Tesla just so I could bring it to Darwin and Total Recon.
