  My time spent with Total Recon has been nothing than AMAZING. From on call operators to front desk staff to (most certainly) the repairs/detail was smooth sailing. I was out of my car for almost a month. The weekly updates, the willing to receive phone calls, and even the staff from the front office was everything a customer needed to ensure the comfort of the process. Thank you to Andrew who literally told me the absolute and the route certain companies go about (when dealing with) Total Recon. Sure enough he was spot on! Super shoutout to Nick, thank you for your patience and guidance throughout the process. Your kindness eased my mind when things got heightened. My experience is second to none.

  Fantastic experience today! From the time I drove into the parking lot to walking out the door, everyone was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. They got the job done in a timely manner. I couldn’t be more pleased.

  The did an awesome job restoring my Tesla back to looking brand new. The service manager Will turned a stressful situation into a situation as a customer left happy with. Repeat customer ! Highly recommend for all your Tesla needs!

  Took my 2015 Subaru in for a hit and run incident to my rear quarter panel. Decided to go out of pocket due to my deductible and the cost of the repair difference. Came here after a friend recommended them and could not be happier. The boys here are professional, friendly, and their work is above and beyond. And their quotes/prices are honest and not out to rob you. Work took just over a week and like they said when I dropped the car off - it was as if nothing ever happened to the car. Scratches and dent that was there...obliterated. That 3 stage paint that's a pain to blend? Say no more - blended in to perfection and there is no difference in shade at any angle. They also took care of a minor bumper lip issue at no cost. And here's the kicker...I expected them to do a quick wash but I did not expect them to do a full wash (my exhaust tips were cleaned too) AND detail the interior as well. Unreal. I live almost an hour away and very glad to have made the trip. Well worth it. Don't be tempted by that local body shop in your area...come HERE. Thank me later.
