I called because we had a flat tire on my daughter’s car and he said we could bring it right over and when we got there we found she ran over a nail. He checked all the tires and we ended up buying 2 new tires and they replaced them and had the car ready in hour and 1/2. He was super kind and made it easy for us to decide what we needed to do.

Jin was honest, educated me about tires and all wheel drive, and presented me with multiple options about how to deal with a single damaged tire. Rather than try to upsell me, he offered an affordable solution. When I changed my mind about how to replace the tires, he made the process very easy even though my car was already in the shop being worked on. I will definitely bring my vehicles to this location in the future, thanks to my experience with Jin.

Service Failed: The technician failed to install a critical safety wheel bolt, showing a dangerous lack of diligence. 3. Deceptive Handling: When I reported the rim damage, the representative claimed to have pre-service photos proving the damage was pre-existing. He refused to let me properly inspect the images and, after promising to email them, is now withholding the photos entirely, claiming "legal reasons." This reversal suggests an attempt to hide liability. 4. Misconduct: The representative was unprofessional, wasting my time with irrelevant personal conversation and trying to "mansplain" purchases instead of providing service. NTB damaged my property and is now refusing to provide the evidence they took. I demand immediate compensation for the rim repairs and the release of all pre-service photos.
