  I hit a pothole this morning, leaving the front passenger tire on my 2025 Toyota Sienna with big hole in the sidewall. Since there is no spare or donut, I had it towed in to NTB. I made an appointment and on their website I selected the replacement tire I wanted and received a price of $125. It took four hours to switch out the tire. Without consulting me, they put a completely different tire on that was twice as expensive as the one I had selected (which was listed as available today). I was angry about the bait and switch, but I got no explanation from the guy working the desk. I decided to cut my losses and just eat the difference, rather than arguing with him. When I got into the car, the tire pressure light was on and the tire pressure display wasn't working. I checked the tire pressure in the new tire, and it was 42 psi, which is not the factory recommended pressure. I went back in and told the guy at the desk the issues. He was not apologetic in the least and said he would "look at it." At this point he drove off down the street in my car, which was super odd. I had a bad feeling about that, so I found another technician and asked him where they had taken my car. He said he had just gotten there and didn't know, and made no further attempt to help me. I walked around back, looking for someone else to explain what was going on. The first technician finally pulled up behind the store in my car and by this point I was furious. I told him I didn't want anyone there monkeying around with my car any further and that I would call customer service. Unfortunately, NTB has no customer service hotline listed on their website so I'm now on the phone with Mavis Tire customer service and have been on hold about an hour. My tire pressure gauges on the dash aren't giving numerical readings, but the low pressure light is still on. My advice is to avoid this place. They are not competent or communicative and their customer service hotline is no help.

  Stephen was very helpful and professional today as we received 4 new tires, with wheel alignment and the new sensor. I'm so excited to have had the work done. And it was completed in the 2hrs promosied.

  Have returned multiple times for work on my vehicles to this location. Jin is the manager and has taken care of me and they always fit me in. Great place for car work in Rockville.
