  I was recommended here and I’m glad I came in. Staff, including Sophie were super helpful during the entire process. I was able to get my vehicle fixed with the best parts at an affordable price. I am super grateful for the help. I know that I can come back and recommend others.

  Had a tire that had gone flat that was too damaged to patch so I set up an appointment and was there yesterday to have a replacement I had ordered installed. I had a warranty with the tire company and they told me in advance I'd need someone at the tire shop to confirm the tread depth and then they'd reimburse me if the tire met the requirements. Sophie "helped" me when I arrived and was immediately rude and seemed like she'd rather be doing literally anything else. When I tried to tell her about confirming the tread she wouldn't even let me finish my sentence and kept cutting me off saying "we don't deal with third party". When she eventually let me finish explaining she agreed to have me call the tire company and she would confirm with them how much tread was left. When I opened my phone to call the tire company she immediately said "If you're going to be on speaker you can just go in the waiting room" despite the fact that there wasn't even anyone else in the store at the time. I'm not sure why she felt entitled to treat me so dismissively but if the intended effect was to have me never take my business to an NTB/Mavis again she certainly succeeded. Luckily Sophie was gone by the time my repairs were complete, the employee who gave me my keys and receipt was much more friendly and attentive as well as the person on the phone who I scheduled the appointment with, and the work itself seems fine and was quick which is the only reason this isn't a 1 star review.

  We had a great experience at NTB Sophy took great care of us and made sure our vehicle was fixed properly. The service was quick and efficient, and she clearly explained what was needed without trying to upsell or add unnecessary services. We truly appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at NTB on 379 Hungerford Dr in Rockville. Sophy was amazing from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done. Customer service like that makes a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

  I had the absolute worst oil change experience at this NTB location. I went in for a simple oil change for my vehicle, after picking it up a few days later I noticed oil on my garage floor, brought it back and they claimed it was just oil left over on the oil pan cover. Then about a week after that my low oil light came on. I checked my oil and it was low well over a quart (picture is of my dipstick showing the oil at the low level line), obviously they had never refilled it. So for one oil change I ended up going here three times. Please do yourself a favor and never bring your vehicle here. They have no business touching anyone’s car if they can’t do a simple oil change.
