  The salesman was very helpful and provided me with expert diagnostic analysis. I was able to get a price match for the tire I bought and used a coupon for an oil change.

  Very bad experience at Mister Tyre, I do not recommend them at all! We had 4 new tires installed at the end of September, high-quality ones, not cheap options. Less than two weeks later, the tire pressure warning light came on. We were told it was “normal,” due to the cold… And now, the warning light has come on again! We called to reschedule an appointment, but when we arrived, we were told no appointment had been made. I even showed him my call history in front of him, proving I called the correct number, and I made the number ring right in front of him, so he could hear it was indeed their office. Despite that, no reaction, no accountability: just a nonchalant, unpleasant attitude, and no solution offered. When you spend that much on 4 new tires, you expect at least some professionalism and respect for the customer. The after-sales service is nonexistent, they offer no help, and their attitude is extremely disappointing.

  Great service and kindness. I lost my drivers side wheel on 495. After a tow and 2 day wait at the AAA Rockville, Mr. Tire took a look by the end of the day and was able to put the tire on and explain the issue and next steps to fix. I was attending a conference and had my car the same day. I highly recommend this Mr. Tire for their time, patience and service!

  I had flat tire. I called this place and told them about make and model of my car and they said they have the tire and they could fix it. So I got the car towed to this place. after that, I called them multiple times to get an update, but no one was available to answer the call. After one day, they told me they don’t have the right tire and they have to order and then after two days they told me the tires were locked, and they don’t have the right equipment to unlock the tires. So I had to tow the car to another place after three days of doing nothing !!!! when I went there to get the key and send the car somewhere else, they absolutely did not care and did not use a single word to apologize!!
