  Went in for a warranty repair or replacement for a defective tire with hairline cracks that caused a very slow leak. An hour and a half later they said that it was not covered under warranty because the tread was not evenly worn. There was no mention of the obviously defective tire, nor did they even pump the tire up to working pressure. (A diagnosis of a slow leak by their own admission requires a full charge of air.) In short they ignored the problem, offered no solution and instead focused on a detailed, nit picky, time consuming, and microscopic "inspection" of the tread wear designed to reject all possible warranty claims. Bogus.

  I will never return to this location for any service that my vehicle needs. The manager was RUDE and swindled every dollar he could get out of me. His company policy is to replace 2 tires even if you only need one. He blamed his liability of my transmission on his decision to charge me over $500 for 2 tires. I had a blow out on 1 tire and the tread on the other tire was completely fine. He's a con artist and I would never recommend anybody to use this company. Go somewhere else!!! I wish the tow truck driver never mentioned this place to me. Big mistake!

  I have received horrible and lovely service from Mr Tire. This one was in the middle. The warranty is only worth something if you don't have much wear on the tire. The manager was nice, but he does not answer the phone. It took 2 hours to get my records from the Mr Tire where I'd gotten the original tire so the warranty was worth $9. Hr did not bother to call me when he hit that info. The. There was at least another hour to get the new tire put on. Again, there was no call when the tire was finished? Why not? Can't be bothered? There were no other visible customers waiting at that point. They only had 2 types of tires to choose from, a super expensive one and a medium expensive one. At least it was a better experience than the super horrific experience at the one in Burke, VA and Arlington on Lee Highway where I waited at least4.5 hrs because of their incompetence and racist behavior st the one in Burke. You cannot even complain to the company. They do NOT care.

  Got the job done but failed to inform/call notifying that the car was done. Never been to a place where they failed to inform that the car was ready to be picked up and we were waiting 4 hours.

  Was very happy with my experience with Mr. Tire. I had my car towed there to replace a blown tire and the guy running the place was very helpful in checking if he had the tire in stock and giving good advice. The mechanic was fast and went out of his way to get my tire swapped safely in a difficult situation. Great shop overall.
