  I traveled to Rockville, MD from Northern VA in a dealership loaner car and experienced a low tire pressure warning. I was able to inflate the tire enough to drive it to Mr. Tire after calling to get an appointment. The crew at the Rockville Mr. Tire had me up and running in less than an hour. I had to purchase a new tire because the loaner had no spare. There was a full size tire in the trunk that was also damaged! I am grateful that the crew at this location made a stressful situation turn into a great ending!

  My first experience with Mr. Tire went well. My tires took a little longer to arrive at the install location, so when I showed up for my appt (made it online and did not call to confirm the tires were available) I needed to reschedule for the following day. I learned my lesson. The service was cordial, prompt and professionally done. Torque was balance were correct. No issues or concerns. I will be back. Thank you !

  Had leak in tire. They plugged instead of trying to sell me new tire. The technician was very courteous.
