Even if the repair was done properly, it’s hard to recommend this location because customer satisfaction does not seem to be their priority. Convenient and fast scheduling, but I was told over the phone that my tire was under warranty, and I double-checked the same information at check-in with the employee. However, after about two hours, they called me to say that the tire was not under warranty and needed to be replaced instead. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication made the experience unpleasant. When I expressed my frustration about being told one thing at drop-off and another during service, their response was simply that they were busy. One technician initially said the tire could be patched, but another came out later with a “policy photo” showing that it couldn’t be repaired because the nail was slightly off-center. In the end, I had to replace the tire and spent 2.5 hours for what should have been a straightforward visit. I hope management reevaluates how employees handle communication and standardize their processes for better customer experience.

Then I got here because of an appointment scheduled and I’ll I got is our “website doesn’t know how busy you guys are”, the problem is not the customer who arrived on time for his appointment.
