The guy came out to my car to let me know the bay I was at door was broke so I went to the other bay and he told me I had to get out and leave my key in the car. As I got out he was getting ready to shut the door with my key in the car. I said the door will lock if you shut it. In sarcasm tone he said oh it will oh I didn't know that. He walked me to the lobby where I would wait for my car to be done. Another guy came in the lobby and asked me to come out and put my information in the computer. As I walk out with him all I smell is Marijuana. The other guy was smoking a vape and tripped and knocked the trash can over. I asked him was he okay and asked what was he smoking he never answered. I put my info in the computer and went back in the waiting area. The guy who was smoking got in my car to try and turn off the maintenance light and couldn't do it he had to get help from his coworker. Work is work and what you do on your free time is your business. Jiffy Lube you all need to get it together. Lost customer.

Refused to honor a coupon for discount on full synthetic that I got off their website. What was worst, because I would not do the more expensive service he recommend he told me I could go somewhere else, so I did. I will kot use Jiffy Lube again. You have lost me as a customer.
