I selected a vehicle upgrade during the insurance claim reservation process and now 1-day prior to the rental I was provided a check-in link and reservation number with all of the incorrect information. The car selection has been downgraded and the custom pick-up location is wrong. I called the associated Enterprise location (this location) and spoke to an extremely rude associate. He was incredibly rude and unhelp. He also would not hung up the phone so that I was not able to leave a phone review - He would transfer me to other Enterprise locations as if my time is some sort of game. Your company sucks, your website sucks and your employees suck. People are just trying to get their life back together after an accident. You should be eager to help not another frustration. Do better.

They called me first thing Monday morning to set up a time to come in. I believe the gentleman’s name was William — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me get into a beautiful luxury vehicle. He explained everything clearly and made the entire process easy to understand. The car itself was well maintained and freshly washed right before I drove off the lot. The checkout process was even smoother. Thank you all for the exceptional customer service — I’ll definitely be renting here again!
