The sense of urgency cannot always be seen but trust that they are working on what's best you within their abilities. Dropping off and picking up is sooo easy, and they email you anything you may need. I saw an employee offer a discount to someone because they didn't have exactly what he needed, and every single one of them checked up on me and every customer that came in. Enterprise is the way to go

He was constantly giving updates and doing what he could to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. I believe I heard him say it was his first day at that location! If that’s true, he deserves a raise lol
