  Sean was very helpful when I came in distressed about the nail in my tire. I came to this location because the other location was busy. I spoke to Sean on the phone and he told me that they would be able to look at my care immediately. I was trying to get it patched but because of the placement I ended up having to get a new tire. The service was quick and easy.

  I had a great experience here! They gave me a more than fair price for my services and even gave me a discount! As a woman car troubles can be hard to navigate but they were very helpful in educating me on what everything was

  Took my son to this place yesterday and they said they don't put tires on aftermarket rims anymore. I accepted that but the guy wanted to sell me two tires so I was going to buy the tires and go somewhere else and have them put on and then after going back and forth over prices what they promised me when I first got there then the guy requested cash only. Set too many people are doing credit card frauds even though my credit cards and my driver's license are present and they have me on camera buying them and giving them my credit card and driver's license. I'm pretty sure this store be going out of business soon. If not they should be. Very very poor customer service/new rules. The gentleman was very nice and friendly he was very apologetic. But ever since this new company bought them out their service is going downhill and probably going to be going out of business

  Thank you all so much! I came in needing two tires plugged, and the service was quick and straightforward. They also took the time to point out some slight wear on my rotors and gave me a clear idea of how much longer they should last. I appreciated that they offered to replace them but didn’t pressure me when I decided to handle it later. Honest, helpful, and no upselling—definitely a great experience.

  I had an outstanding experience at NTB, and it was all thanks to Sean. He wasn’t trying to upsell anything, just making sure we understood what was truly needed and what wasn’t. Sean went above and beyond to help us make the best decision, ultimately saving us money while still ensuring our vehicle was safe and taken care of. His professionalism, patience, and ability to break things down in a way that made sense made the entire process stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely puts the customer first, but Sean did exactly that. NTB is lucky to have him, and we’ll definitely be back because of the service he provided.
