  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered tires through Tire Agent and they were delivered within two days, yet Monroe Auto and Tire Center somehow “couldn’t find them” for nearly TWO WEEKS. I kept getting the same excuse over and over until I finally contacted Tire Agent and suddenly, that same day, the tires magically appeared. That tells you everything you need to know. The incompetence didn’t stop there. I went in on Monday to schedule installation and was given a Wednesday 8 AM appointment. I showed up on time, only to be told to come back at 12 PM because the tire technician “wasn’t there.” So why schedule me for 8 AM in the first place? Either no one knows what they’re doing, or they simply don’t care. This place is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and has zero respect for customers’ time. What should have been a simple tire installation turned into weeks of excuses and wasted trips. Do yourself a favor go literally anywhere else.

  Customer service was okay. However not too sure about the service. After getting a replacement tire my steering wheel started shaking and I couldn’t get an appointment until 2 days later

  Although the tire change was fast, the young man forgot the tire cap. Then before I pulled off after paying I checked to see if my spare was replaced. IT WAS NOT! They put it back. I was so frustrated by then. Then my gut said to check to see if my tire lock was in the glove compartment IT WAS NOT! This was the worst service I could ever receive. Had I not checked all these things, it would have cost me a lot to replace. That young man needs to be restrained!

  Went in for a simple patch on a tire was told I needed a new tire because the tech was to lazy to patch the tire fist thing in the morning, took the car 1000 feet up the road to the next tire shop patched in under 30 minutes. Avoid this place so many tire shops with in 1 mile of here.
