I really appreciated being picked up directly from the collision center where I dropped my car off. Neil, who picked me up, was very friendly and made the process easy right away. During my rental, I worked with Olivia and Garrett and they were both extremely accommodating and professional. They put me in a luxury vehicle that I really enjoyed driving. When I ended up with a flat tire, Olivia handled getting the tire approved through Mr. Tire within minutes, which made a stressful situation so much easier. When it was time to return the car, Garrett had no problem taking me back to the collision center where my car was ready, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the customer service here was excellent and seamless from beginning to end. I will definitely choose this location every time.

How about switch it out by coming to me with the originally booked reservation, offering a discount of beyond $20 for my time!? Didn’t answer the phone repeatedly on return day for communication. Charged me an extra day. Corporate can call me please and amend asap. Thx.
