The store manager, Mr. Juvel (I apologize if spelt wrong) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything and also showed me where the shock absorber was leaking which was obvious. Replaced all shocks. When I picked up my truck, exactly when he said it would be ready, he showed me the used parts which I greatly appreciated. Over-all, this location was very efficient and pleasure to deal with. I will return in the spring for the four back tires and I will recommend this location to anyone who asks. Thank you. B

- TWThomas Wild5 days ago1.0Service was incomplete (ridiculous for a simple oil and filter change) when attempting to get the problem corrected the manager, Jouial, (Reisterstown location)became combative and argumentative and ordered me to pay 18$(10$ retail at parts store across the street and this is the same parts store this shop sources their filters) for a filter that their mechanic damaged because he attempted to remove it by turning it clockwise. This was the item that was never installed in initially and the reason for the incomplete work. I will be discussing this issue with NTB’s corporate representatives since a post like this is not enough to correct Jouial’s horrible customer service.
