The manager Jovial took the time to show me everything going on with my vehicle. He gave me very good pricing for the repairs. He even showed me the worn parts that they replaced. Jovial even thoroughly went over all parts that they warranty and how it works. I have never seen a person take so much pride and be so enthusiastic about his job. Jovial is definitely a big asset to NTB and a poster child for how true customer service should be like everywhere.
