- TMTyieshia MasseyDec 23, 20251.0I typically come to location because of the excellent customer service I received in the past. This visit was different from beginning to end. I made an online appointment on a Wednesday for a Saturday. In the past I would receive a phone call to confirm my appointment but nothing this time. I get there to drop off the car and it appears the system didn’t store my reservation. I requested for the Nexus tires because they were buy one get one free. Of course they not in stock and would have to order them but was offered the copper tires buy 3 get 1 free. Settled for that because I needed to get new tires before my child return to school with the car. Hours after I dropped off the car I received a call stating my lug nuts on the car were swollen and they will have to charge me a labor fee to remove them, about another $300 added to my bill. However they were able to get 2 tires changed. I told them to put the other 2 tires in the trunk and I’ll take the car to the dealership. Annoyed with the service I received from the beginning I remembered the wheel alignment was supposed to be done. I called back and ask them which tires were done they said the passenger side. I told them don’t do the wheel alignment because it makes no sense. Mind you these are professional why would you do a wheel alignment when you installed the tires on one side? Next day my dad told me to bring the car to his shop to see if he can remove the lug nuts from the tires. In less than 30 minutes he was able to remove the lug nuts and replace them but was told it would a labor fee because it would take an additional 3hrs. Also all my sensors was on on the car for the tire pressure for the 2 tires that was replaced at Mr. Tire. I was so annoyed I didn’t even want to go back inside and complain. Needless to say I was highly dissatisfied with this visit

My car had some other issues that I was made aware of before, but I didn’t come in for that, I came to fix the flat. My brother and I ended up arguing with a few of the service managers over a part that was needed for the tire. They wanted to change all of them when we only asked for two and it was frustrating and annoying to keep having the same conversation with them and arguing about them trying to upsell everything. The actual fix of the tires was fine. But the service was disappointing
