  We called into the location on the afternoon of 11/6 asking if they performed Maryland State Inspections and was told yes by a Woman. So we made an appointment for 11/7. We brought the vehicle in the evening of 11/6, to drop it off for the following days appointment. Upon arrival we were told by a guy that they don't do Maryland State Inspections (MSI). We told the guy we had called earlier and was told they do Inspections so we made an appointment. They guy was rude in his response saying "Well, we don't fo them so I dont know what to tell you." We said the address of the Mr. Tire we contacted was 720 Reisterstown Rd. He then said, "This isn't 720..." This was the 2nd misinformation provided because we walked out and turned to look on the building to clearly see that the address showed 720 Reisterstown Rd. Do not bring your vehicle to this place because if they have employees representing their brand that will look you right in your eyes, and lie to you, then imagine what they can do to your vehicle. It appeared to be the end of their shift, and maybe they were thinking we wanted them to inspect our vehicle then. But that wasn't the case whatsoever. We made it clear we were simply dropping it off early for the appointment which was scheduled for the following day. We will be reporting this to the state and BBB. I don't know what their deal was. Maybe they didn't want to inspect an electric vehicle (Tesla). But be honest and don't lie to anyone!!! Again, beware of this location and this brand.

  WORST OF THE WORST! INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST! THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR PERFORMING SHODDY WORK ON VEHICLES! CAME IN WITH 4 BRAND NEW TIRES TO REPLACE THE OLD ONES. THIS WILL BE MY 4th TIME UP THERE IN LESS THAN 5 DAYS! FIRST ROUND HELD MY CAR FOR 2 DAYS. LEFT WITH MY CAR SHAKING , THEN WHEEL WEIGHTS WERE MISSING, HAD TO REPLACE AND MOUNT AND BALANCE ALL OVER AGAIN. THEN THEY DAMAGED MY STEM/VALVE AND TRIED TO MAKE ME PAY FOR IT!! THANK GOD THE BOSS STEPPED IT AND HAD THEM COVER IT. NOW THEY STOLE OR MISPLACED MY TIRE SENSOR AND 1 WHEEL LOCK IS MISSING !! SAVE UR SELF AND UR LIFE AND DO NOT COME HERE. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE AND SAFETY, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! IM GETTING READY TO FILE WITH THE AG OFFICE AND PURUSE THIS FURTHER.

  This place has fallen off a cliff. It was my go to for a long time, but it seems like employees show up late or not at all leading to increased wait times. Store opens at 7:30 and it's currently 8 and there are no techs here. Manager (I'm assuming at the front desk) complained to me about the employees and how they just show up when they want, whether that's 8, 9, or 10. I had made an appointment via phone (which of course goes to an answering service) and they made my sit and wait appt for 8. Apparently I'll be waiting much longer than I thought. Avoid this place like the plague until they can get it together.

  If you want to spend your hard earned money on professional incompetence, look no further! This place has it all! Seriously, how can one run a business with this level of service? This level of incompetency deserves a medal. A simple tire change is really not that hard. If I had the equipment at home I could watch a YouTube video and do a better job than these "trained" professionals. How do you mount tires backwards? I'm not sure, but you should ask Mr. Tire! They'll certainly do it for ya, even if not requested!
