  They OVERCHARGE women ! I went to get a quote for my front brakes ( FRONT) and rotors for my Nissan 2019. The guy said $600-700 American dollars! Nissan was charging $437 I thought going to a local would be less , YIKES. Then said sign up for pay later ! Sir.

  Worst Exprience EVER!!! Would NOT recommend to anyone! Had to give 1 star just to make post, other they wouldn’t have gotten that!!! Went in to have my brakes inspected, was told that I needed to get new pads & rotors for my car (front & rear). 2 months later started hearing strange grinding sounds. Went back since repairs were still under warranty, was told that they would upgrade and replace free of charge since they did not meet quality standards for shop. Over heard technician bad mouthing me because I brought car back due to noise. Fast forward couple weeks, same strange grinding sound, so I go elsewhere only to find out ( with proof) that car rear was never serviced. Called corporate to make a complaint and request a refund, only to constantly get the run around. Almost 2 months later after making refund request and am still waiting to be issued my refund.

  Very pleasant and helpful Store Manager who helped get us a price reduction on two new rear tires due to the manufacturer’s warranty.

  On December 27, 2025, around 12:50 PM, I called requesting basic price quotes for brake pads and a serpentine belt but was told they don’t provide pricing over the phone. Other shops had no issue giving quotes, so this felt unreasonable. Based on that experience, I would not recommend the Owings Mills location.
