- SMSunny MongNov 8, 20255.0My service started with the incompetent Mr.Tire on Main Street and ended with Monroe (Rich Brown) saving the day! I had 4 new tires installed at Mr.Tire and I had to go back there a total of 4 times! On the 4th day of walking back into Mr.Tire, I did not come in peace, I came with HELL FIRE. Fortunately, Mr.Brown was in attendance, and I haven’t met him before, so i decided to keep the peace and explain my situation. He sent me immediately to Monroe, and they resolved all of my issues. From the bolts being stripped, to the missing piece to the wheel lock box, to the tire sensor not being installed correctly , vehicle shaking , and tire weights missing on some tires etc, Monroe fixed what Mr.Tire couldn’t! What a blessing in disguise! I appreciate these guys and I actually feel safe in my vehicle. I am not sure how Mr.Tire and Monroe are related , however, I’m thankful they are, otherwise Mr.Tire would be underwater for the shoddy work! Also, big thanks to Will, I like that they are straight forward MEN and to the point, unlike Mr.Tire. Thank you all so much! ~Stella
- DSDonna SmithOct 6, 20251.0This place 100% took advantage of me and ripped me off. I have been in there there 3 weeks in a row and my car is still not fixed. They charged me $2400 for a tune up and put the WRONG spark plugs in. I went there needing a new catalytic converter for my 2015 Kia sorento but they convinced me I needed a tune up instead. I trusted them. Everyone is shocked at what I was charged. The third time I took it back they still couldn’t fix it but now they are saying I need a new head gasket. One of the employees even agreed with me that the cost was insane. When I asked why the head gasket wasn’t caught the first two times no one could answer, they just said, oh, I didn’t work on your car last time. DO NOT bring your car here. EVER.
- JLJaehyun LeeSep 30, 20255.0GREAT SERVICE! At least from Rich, very kind fellow. 1) I popped a tire and got it replaced in the Baltimore Monro branch but they didn’t replace the TPMS.. The branch closed when I went again -> I went to this branch and they replaced the TPMS for free. 2) I went again recently because of a tire leak and he patched it for free. 3) When I went to get the patch, there was another customer who absolutely berated Rich, very rude. Rich was very calm and even offered discounts when she threatened litigation. I don’t know if I know a kinder, more patient person.
