No one mentioned anything about rotors so I left with my car squeaking, and I was informed that because I turned it down the rotors that my new brake pads would wear down faster as well. And after waiting that whole time if I want to wait longer, I can pay another $500 which would’ve brought my total to $1000 when I showed up for an oil change. My recommendation is go to a shop that can complete the job from start to finish and not make an excuse. I would find it completely embarrassing to offer a service and then let the customer leave not only unhappy, but with an issue that had not existed before they got to my shop.
