My first visit I waited an hour and a half and chalked it up to a fluke, this visit I’m writing my review as my timer hits an hour. Everyone working disappears for long intervals of time with nothing being done towards progress on my vehicle. It is ridiculous to quote a wait time you know you cannot fulfill, especially when it takes 4 times longer than you’re quoting guests for. Visit procare up the street instead, have never had a problem with their speedy service.
