  I woke up this morning in a bad mood because I needed a gas cap for my vehicle. So I call AutoZone, and a guy named Andy was so patient, kind, and intelligent on the phone that I got in my car and drove up to the store. Not only did I buy the item I needed, I bought three other items and he was so genuine. Anyone that would be hiring someone for customer service would be getting the best person with Andy.

  I need someone in management to know how exceptional their employees are at this location specifically. The customer service is ABOVE AVERAGE and it should be recognized. I called the store to inquire about a battery, on the way there literally seconds away my car breaks down... As a single Mom, car conversations and breakdowns can overwhelm you, it’s almost like a different language. Keenan answered, was nice, he explained to me step by step the things I needed to get my car back on the road. He didn’t rush through my questions…he listened and he actually solved the problem. Not to mention, he gave me a mechanic who was able to fix everything at a reasonable price. I will never forget his act of kindness, the store was about to close, he didn’t have to help me, replace my Battery I can’t remember names, but all the staff is fantastic!!! Thank you autozone for hiring such great staff. Honestly!!!! The best in Owings mills!!! I am a forever customer!!! They need raises!!! Thank you!!!!

  This place is full of incompetent and greedy people. My mother’s car was brought here due to an issue with the battery, while replacing the battery the crew, who later admitted to having no idea how to fix the issue, they ended up breaking the battery. We had to have it towed (THAT WE HAD TO PAY FOR AT 11 PM) to a separate mechanic who could fix it. Our car is now being repaired by a separate mechanic who needs payment because Autozone refuses to pay for a VERY EXPENSIVE mistake that THEY made. Absolutely greedy and taking advantage of their customers, DO NOT SHOP HERE. Their corporate is also completely useless and refuses to help. Never shopping here again even if I’m held at gunpoint.
