  Great store! Work with manager (Jordan) if you get into any brain stumpers with DIY repairs or need assistance getting parts for nearby mechanics (NTB, across the street). Long story short, has a light bulb come up as the wrong part in this location, Advance Auto and NAPA. Jordan was able to confirm the standard H11 bulb needed after showing him the assembly (removed myself). The issue wasnt with the store, but with the part being listed incorrectly in ALLDATA. Not sure how a bulb for 12+ vehicles gets mismatched (shrugs). Do your homework and work with this team, they are also wiling to get shipments from other stores if they dont have inventory. Great work, Great team very knowledgeable when they have the parts and inventory to match.

  I wanted to make this clear and LOUD. I called this store and a young lady by the name of Shay answered the phone very respectful truthful and spoke on what she knew and if she didn’t know she searched the information for me. I appreciate her helpfulness and patience. When I went into this store a couple of weeks ago the day I called the store manager Jordan was very disrespectful rude inconsiderate and did not seem to be knowledgeable at all. I witnessed this guy raise his voice at Shay using racial slurs to the young Hispanic girl calling her a chihuahua and that is unacceptable behavior especially being a store manager. I asked him for the number to corporate and he refused to give it to me stating” you can look it up on Google” which is so unprofessional. Since I reside 2 minutes from this location I will not shop here anymore unless Shay is there and Jordan is not. AutoZone should be ashamed of themselves for hiring an incompetent disrespectful person to run their stores and treat customers the way he did.

  It’s a woman here who answers the phone real rude and nasty, she just hangs up the call on you without warning , this happened before wit my husband with her , she’s rude and it seems as if she doesn’t like her job.& this was on 3/16/26. Now me and my husband are going to deal with a better auto zone , one with better customer service to people who do business with your store.

  I woke up this morning in a bad mood because I needed a gas cap for my vehicle. So I call AutoZone, and a guy named Andy was so patient, kind, and intelligent on the phone that I got in my car and drove up to the store. Not only did I buy the item I needed, I bought three other items and he was so genuine. Anyone that would be hiring someone for customer service would be getting the best person with Andy. Excited the first time only to find out I was given the wrong part for my blinker light. Three new guys actually corrected the problem with great enthusiasm. Disappointed but they resolved my problem, so now I am happy again!

  I need someone in management to know how exceptional their employees are at this location specifically. The customer service is ABOVE AVERAGE and it should be recognized. I called the store to inquire about a battery, on the way there literally seconds away my car breaks down... As a single Mom, car conversations and breakdowns can overwhelm you, it’s almost like a different language. Keenan answered, was nice, he explained to me step by step the things I needed to get my car back on the road. He didn’t rush through my questions…he listened and he actually solved the problem. Not to mention, he gave me a mechanic who was able to fix everything at a reasonable price. I will never forget his act of kindness, the store was about to close, he didn’t have to help me, replace my Battery I can’t remember names, but all the staff is fantastic!!! Thank you autozone for hiring such great staff. Honestly!!!! The best in Owings mills!!! I am a forever customer!!! They need raises!!! Thank you!!!!
