  I have the best service ever l’m so happy I chose this place for my oil change. This young couple is doing an amazing job building their business. They were very welcoming, honest, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service was quick and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them—you can truly feel their dedication and passion!

  They were great until they dropped the ball. I made an appointment to replace one tire. Mel called me to confirm the type of tire and said he’d have to order it in but should be there by the time of my appointment. When I got there the tire hadn’t arrived so he called and gave all the order info to the person on the other end - new delivery date for the next day. That’s fine, we don’t have control over that. I come back the next day and another manager is on duty, Devon I believe. He tried looking for the order Mel put in and could not find it at all. Where did the order go? Who was Mel talking to? I had a backup plan of just getting the more expensive tire they already had on hand due to the nature of the current tire. They replaced it and the car/tire is fine but where’d the order go?? What the heck was that??

  My experience was great. Five Stars 🌟. You guys have my busiest for life and I will recommend everyone i know to go to Mr. Tires. Friendly wonderful customer service.

  I went and got my car checked out and was told that I needed work done. I was calling around for pricing and told the gentleman exactly what I needed and asked for a price. He told me that I had to bring my car in to get looked at in order for him to give me pricing. My dad calls the Owings Mills location and they said they’ll call him back in 15 minutes with pricing. Now, why couldn’t the liberty Road location do the same? FYI I am a young woman not sure if they had anything to do with it but in this industry, it seems like it does.

  Do not use this location. I made an appointment and when I dropped my car off, was told I’d get it back that night or next morning. Call multiple times the next day but no one answered. When I drive out there, no one’s working the front desk and there’s 1 person working on cars. Asked the guy why no one worked on my car when my appointment was yesterday. He was just like, I dunno I just do whats on the list and I don’t see your car. He then looked it up by my name, found my appointment and said he didn’t know when he would do my car because other people were there. Thats not my fault, do the cars in the order you get them. I took my car to a different Mr. Tire and got it back 2 hours later. The people that run this location don’t care.
