- DODerrell Owens6 days ago1.0I scheduled an appointment online for Monday November 17 at 8AM. I arrived at 7:45 AM. The shop was not open even though the store hours indicated the shop opened at 7:30AM on Monday. I sat in the parking lot until 8:06 AM when a worker arrived. I entered and told the worker I had an 8AM appointment and the worker told me "I dont know why they let you make an appointment for 8AM because the technician doesn't come in until 10:30 AM." There was no apology and no sense of consideration for the inconvenience. I will not return to this location.

- CCC CaesarNov 13, 20252.0Staff was super friendly, but sadly it took a longer than I was told for front and bake brakes and 3 hours took 6, then had to return the next day and the emergency brake still night tight and won’t hold on hill at my house. It didn’t work at all the first day I took it from shop. I’ll take it somewhere to get tightened to where it will hold on a steep hill which it did before I brought it here.i don’t I got what I paid for, but u live and learn.
- TAthomas AnoraNov 11, 20252.0I've been here for quite long time already. During my last visit I requested, oil change, tire rotation and cleaning my 4 ABS censors since it will blink sometimes. I am happy I was called by the front desk saying I am good to go and I paid as satisfied according to my requested services. When I checked my car there was no tire rotation since I secretly marked my tires. I informed the front desk and he jump it off that it seems he knows it and performed the tire rotation by himself. I don't have time to argue that day. In my mind, most likely there was no cleaning of the abs censors because you have to take out that tires to see that censors. Hope this will not happened again. Thanks.

I had to ask why it was double what I was quoted on the phone. He should have first explained the other options before putting it on an invoice. Also, the tire had a gash which I saw once it was pointed out but that was only after I asked the mechanic to see if the tire would hold more air.
