The salesman promised credits, 1st month free and a $1 setup fee. Intoxalok is now trying to give me only a $100 install credit. I still am arguing with them and will not sign the lease until this is settled for what I was promised. The unit is already installed. Update: Blanca calle me today, a supervisor with Intoxaloc. She met all of the promises and made my problem right. This young lady understands customer service. I am pleased now!
