  They need to have experienced workers! The lady starfire was very slow at putting in a battery. She didn't even tighten my battery it literally came off when I got home. Now I have to go buy tools and tight it myself.

  Well the guys working there are OK. Tall, black guy helped me with some wiper blades a couple weeks ago or so (Duralast). Nice fellow. But it turned out the driver side one has a defect where the rubber is mal-formed. I didn't drive with a wet windshield until today (2-18). There is a big swath (2-3”) in the middle where the rubber doesn’t touch the glass. So I went back to see if they could replace it on the 18th. I bought it with cash and have no receipt but the cashier who put them on remembered me and was willing to replace it. He came and looked at it confirming the manufacturing problem. Then the manager (female) showed up and said they can’t do anything about it since without a receipt there is no warranty. How stupid, they know I just bought it there and I’m not a wiper-scammer who goes from store to store trying to scam them for free wiper blades. I didn't have the package cause when the guy installed them he disposed of it. If she cared about keeping a customer she could have at least put a new one on, put the old one in that package and returned it as defective. This is a minor issue but in a way that makes it worse since they (she) won’t go even a little out of her way to keep a customer. I will definitely get a free replacement after speaking to their head office who also thought she could have easily fixed this issue. Abysmal customer service from the manager. Update: Actually I did get a refund but not from them. It's much more about customer service and standing behind your products than money. I’d avoid the Princess Anne store if I were you. Their “customer service” at the headquarters hasn’t called me back (so far) as promised.

  I have been in here a few times already. They have everything I needed. I'm just glad there is finally a AutoZone in my town so I don't have to drive clear to Salisbury or pocomoke.
