  We always come to this location to get our oil change! This time I had my toddler and baby with me and the guys were SO kind haha. They gave my girls a coloring book and two rubber ducks. Honestly it’s the little stuff like that that keeps businesses going!

  Employees were all great and very understanding. My daughter is Autistic and ADHD, so when I pulled into the Bay, she started screaming and having a major meltdown. So loud that I know everyone got a migraine. The employee went and got coloring books, crayons and little rubber duckies for both of my kids, trying to help settle my daughter down. They were very kind about it, and kept asking if there was anything else they could do to help. Most people just stare and judge, so it was a breath of fresh air to have people who didn't do either of those and were empathetic and helpful to us. Great job crew at Valvoline in Prince Frederick, MD!! We'll DEFINITELY be coming back in the near future and telling everyone we know about the amazing service we received a few days ago!! Jen Overly

  Every time I go the mechanics are always kind and helpful. They always do their best to get me out as quick as possible and they always make sure everything is good with my car before I leave. Especially today, I went earlier in the morning and had a great experience. I will always come to this location to get my oil changed.

  Arrived for an oil change. Wait time wasn’t too bad. The customer service was outstanding. The manager stopped over to introduce himself and inquired about the service and my experience. I was in and out in a timely manner. I look over the Prince Frederick location for their friendly staff.

  I went in for an oil change and, just as my luck goes, my dipstick broke before they even opened my hood. So, 3 mechanics keep eyeballing under the hood and then Justin (i learned he was the manager) came to tell me about it after he managed to get it out from my car. Davonte and Justin were both very patient and kind. Justin helped me figure out where to buy a new dipstick for my car, and Davonte was incredibly kind during everything and advised me to always check the valvoline website for deals. Did a general check and adjust (tires, fluids, etc) and even helped me change my sticker when I couldnt get it to peel 🤦‍♀️ May be more expensive than other places, but being able to watch whats going on and have transparency with my car is unrivaled.
