  Josh at Mr. Tire in Mechanicsville help me out tremendously . I was paying for two new tires with NY Afftm card. At had set up payment for $400. When I tried to pay it was declined because I had set up payment to Mr. Tire instead of Monroe. Josh gave me discount so I could pay with my debit card where I had only $313 and $83 cash.. So instead of $418 I paid $391.61

  Incredible manager and they really cut out the fluff of tore purchases. They didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need and they were done with an alignment, tire sensor replacement and tire replacement in maybe 2-3 hours. I’ll go here every single time

  Will never go back. Replaced my tires a few months ago and paid the premium for the road hazard and rotation service. They were a little rude then, but sadly that is the new norm. Had a 7:30 am appointment this morning for tire rotation. I was there early and left at 8:05 am after not a single employee showed up, and 5 other customers were waiting. Maybe they used to be good but they aren't any more and there are too many good options. Management demonstrates obvious disregard for any sort of reasonable customer service.

  Lorne and Ken along with their team at Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick were wonderful! I had an appointment and was taken on time and during the whole process I was kept updated on what they were doing and how it was going. Lorne was polite, professional, and friendly. I will definitely continue going and will recommend to everyone! Thank you!
