We have used them many times and when we need something last minute, they are always able to help even when it’s later in the day closer to closing . The staff is friendly and great . They do great work ! Thank you for this last visit and fixing/patching my flat tire the correct way and fitting me into the day . We used them for our new tires and they even let us ship tires to the store and replaced them for us before . Great customer service!

On the original appointment day, they called to say the mechanic didn’t show up. We rescheduled, dropped off the vehicle, and were later told everything was completed. We paid and picked up the vehicle. When we got home, we noticed the brand-new brake pads were still in the box with the Carquest label untouched. I called Mr. Tire and was told the work had been done. I explained that I was literally looking at brand-new pads that were never installed. After being put on hold, he came back and said he didn’t understand the mechanic and that there were issues with a brake sensor—so the brakes were never changed. I remained polite and asked for a refund. Very disappointing experience. It’s unfortunate that you can’t trust businesses to do the work you’re paying for anymore.

I had just arrived after driving from eastern NC. Within 35 minutes I had two new tires and was back on the road. Twice on the way from NC to MD I had to put air in the plugged tire. Thank you to the Mr. Tire shop in Prince Frederick MD for their quick service late on their Friday opening.

The only problem I've ever had is the online scheduling, which is big corporate problem screwing the local shops. I've used them for replacing radiators, tractor tires, multiple sets of tires, brakes and rotors.
