He was a mechanic by trade and knew everything about cars which was beneficial for the customers. He was always helping everyone and ensured all customers were satisfied. Unfortunately he was fired because he did way over and beyond what was expected of him. He was replaced by people that have no knowledge of cars at all. I understand they aren’t mechanics but I feel that some knowledge of cars should be a requirement. I went there to purchase 2 replacement low beam bulbs and was told that someone could swap them out for me. I agreed but after 3 staff members tried to replace my bulbs and did not succeed. Wires were pulled and didn’t need touching. A rep got a pair of needle nose pliers from another customer and punched both wires so hard they were cut bent. I left with no low beams working at all and high beams only. I was advised that I had a short in the wiring system. I didn’t when I arrived. I wish if they didn’t know what they were doing they would’ve left well enough alone. They cost me more money and aggregation!!
