These people went so far above and beyond to help figure out what I needed (Opening up packages, etc). In the end they didn’t have the exact part I needed, but gave me the part # and told me where I could find it at one of their competitors. What amazing customer service! I almost never write reviews, but wanted to leave one because of my experience. Highly recommend!!

I came in to drop off a core battery, she asked me my phone number, I gave it, she asked me if my name was Peter, I jokingly asked why they think my name is peter all of a sudden and she had a very hostile response "thats what it says on the system!", not sure if she is just having a bad day but she makes me feel like she just can't be bothered to help or work.
