  I needed a part for my car. Since I had been here before and had had a great experience then, I came again. These people went so far above and beyond to help figure out what I needed (Opening up packages, etc). In the end they didn’t have the exact part I needed, but gave me the part # and told me where I could find it at one of their competitors. What amazing customer service! I almost never write reviews, but wanted to leave one because of my experience. Highly recommend!!

  I like the people that work here for the most part, there is one particular female employee that is always incrediblely rude to me when I come in. I came in to drop off a core battery, she asked me my phone number, I gave it, she asked me if my name was Peter, I jokingly asked why they think my name is peter all of a sudden and she had a very hostile response "thats what it says on the system!", not sure if she is just having a bad day but she makes me feel like she just can't be bothered to help or work.

  This lady that worked there was very rude as if she didn’t wanna help me. And she looked like she had a attitude problem.
