  I paid $700 and had to come back twice, not because I wanted to, but because they didn’t do what I paid for the first time. When I asked about it, the person at the counter told me, “Just because it’s in the invoice doesn’t mean they’ll do it. You have to ask.” That is completely unacceptable. If I’m being charged for something, it should be done. I should not have to come back or ask for it again. He was rude, dismissive, and honestly hurtful in the way he spoke to me. I can tell when I’m being treated differently, and that’s exactly how it felt. While I was there, I saw him interact with another customer in a much more respectful and friendly way. The difference was clear. Just because my skin is white doesn’t mean I should be treated differently or spoken to with less respect. I will not be returning, and I will be taking my car somewhere else to have the work done properly.

  It was horrible I got 4 tires replaced and alignment the alignment wasn’t done properly my car was shaking and steering to the right when I got it back had to go back so they can do alignment properly will never go there again

  Service representative was pleasant but ttttttttt I ended up going somewhere else the next day to get tire repaired. Slow leak i wasn't please I needed the tire fixed unable to buy new tire right away.

  If I could’ve leave 0 stars I would have. I had a very frustrating experience with this location. I scheduled an appointment online for 5:30 PM and received two separate confirmation emails, so I showed up expecting to be helped. Instead, I was told my appointment was canceled because employees apparently stop working an hour and a half before closing, which is 7pm. That policy was never communicated during the booking process, which makes the online appointment system feel completely unreliable. On top of that, the employee who assisted me said I should have called to confirm the appointment—which defeats the purpose of booking online and receiving confirmations. The interaction itself was also concerning. The employee was not wearing a name tag and appeared unprofessional. His eyes were red and he had difficulty speaking clearly, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.(the employee has a broken arm, so there’s not confusion of whom I talking about) Overall, this was a waste of time and a disappointing experience. If appointments made online aren’t honored, that needs to be clearly stated upfront. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
