The guy at the front desk-Jason-was a pleasure but the wait time was ridiculous. All they needed to do was tell me how long it would take so I could make a decision whether or not to stay for 3 1/2 hours. And that wasn't even counting the time it would have taken to purchase and install a battery.

When I pointed that out I was told "were Mr Tire and that's our price so take it or leave it". I've generally had positive experiences but this was quite disappointing to say the least. The paperwork also didn't even say the part name I denied as I'm guessing they didn't want to put how expensive they were on paper...
