- CCCeeGod7Feb 19, 20261.0Yesterday I had a 10am appointment but was told after waiting 20 minutes that “it’s other people in front of me “ , so I made another appointment for the next day 2/19/2026, for just a safety inspection,got there at 9am and the front desk guy told me that someone was in front of me ,now it’s 12:30 pm and they still haven’t done the inspection,what’s crazy is I do safety inspections all the time because I am a truck driver and I know how long it takes but they are not as interested in the time you have,first and last time coming here, I should have went to Just Tires down the road!

Shop closes at 7 but I couldn’t get my inspection complete at 5:04 because they didn’t want to no more. As a customer I had to ask for my paper work so I can go elsewhere and treated with respect ! Like Catonsville !
- DDDeatriceFeb 1, 20261.01 star is to much that was the lesser option. This is the worse place to go. I went and had my oil changed. On my way home my oil came back on. I went there today to get that issue fixed. The guy stated to me let me get someone to it for (mind you this the same guy that did the oil change yesterday) but it should’ve been done when i received and payed for my service. Him and the other guy come out “supposed to had reset it” as im sitting in my car the light comes back on not even minutes later. The thicker guy stated to the other guy we that’s not our problem. This place is unprofessional they are rude and lack accountability.
