The new manager that they have their now is amazing he has the best excellent customer service and he informed me with a lot of information that I didn’t even know that could have been beneficial to me, but now I know, and I will use the top of service Everything was fast. I like that I would tell my kids they can go back to the Pikesville location to get their cars done.

And I noticed when I came back to my car that it had not been vacuumed. And when I went to the manager and asked them if vacuuming was no longer part of your signature service, he said that it was and the employees went out, and when they went there, they said whenever there are items we don’t vacuum, claiming that in the past, people have said that they were upset that their things were touched . At no point Did anyone come and say Mr. Perloff if you would like us to vacuum, we would need you to pick up your personal items and move them aside. And the fact that I gave them the opportunity and they did not take advantage of it, bothers me to the point of which I don’t foresee myself coming back to use your services. With a coupon it was $150 for an oil change and a tire rotation. And part of your signature service is supposed to be vacuuming one of the reasons that I actually came to Jiffy Lube in the first place. Your employees have plenty of time to come and engage customers when it’s regarding a sale. It’s unconscionable how they have failed in this aspect. I have the ability to change my own oil or go to many other places. The vacuuming is a service that has been long established and was not provided!
